Hello Camper! We are back for another fun-filled weekend (Fri, Oct 2 – Mon, Oct 5) at the famed Black Oak Ranch, located three hours north of San Francisco! We’ve got special things in store as in celebration of 20 Tasty years and 10 years since our first Camp Tasty. It’s time to dust off your dancing shoes, roll up your sleeves, and get your tickets today!

3 Days to Celebrate 20 Years of Tasty
Whether this is your first Camp Tasty or tenth, we’ve got tons of surprises lined up. Here’s a teaser of what’s in store this year.
Tasty Birthday Bash (Sunday night) – Sunday’s always got a celebratory vibe, but this year we’ll cap off the weekend with an extra special Tasty celebration. Pinatas, champagne, tributes, party hats and more, along with a special Tasty night on the dancefloor closed out in traditional style by our one and only James Cobo (always the best set of the weekend y’all).
Teepee Crawl (Saturday evening) – This year prepare to enter the ⏳TASTY TIME MACHINE ⏳! Transform a teepee into a portal to another point in time: a moment from Tasty history, an era that shaped you, a future we haven’t reached, an alternate timeline that never happened—or a place where time behaves very differently. Get your creative hats on now and create a theme teepee in our signature event. Register your concept here, grants and lots of support available to bring your idea to life! Museum of Memories – Take a walk down memory lane. While our minds might be a little blurry, photographic proof don’t lie. We’re scouring the archives for photos, videos, memorabilia, fliers, and more. We need you to do the same! Add your photos and videos here!!
Park Party within the Party (Saturday afternoon)– Go back to the year 2006 to where it all began – Golden Gate Park. Our Tasty head chefs Christian and Dang will be reviving park party eats from the aughts, the beats will be served hot, and the cops may or may not bust this party up!
STRANGER Brews – Strange Brews is so 2025. This year, we birth Stranger Brews, our new opening night party where David Lynch meets Great Gatsby. In search of mixologists, Mongolian throat singers, sword swallowers, sexy saxophonists, Strange Brewnettes, and anyone you’d shuffle with in the Red Room.
And as always: killer dance parties, kid adventures, amazing lasers, too much fab food, so many great DJs, Todd Talks, games, yoga, pour over coffee bar, bounce house, bloody mary and mimosa making, Sunday wine, cheese and jazz social, and the best people in the whole damn world!
Camp Tasty doesn’t happen without you, so start thinking about how you’ll contribute! Got an idea, let us know, anything’s possible.
Payment Details
Please buy tickets as soon as possible, as it will help us with planning. Our brand new community-based event management ticketing platform was made by us, for us. We made a big push over the past couple of months to have this ready for you, and we’re proud of what we built – but we also recognize it’s not perfect yet. Let us know if you run into any issues while you’re here.
Ticket purchases are now embedded within the RSVP process. So be ready to make payment for your full party when you RSVP. Note the pricing details below. All tickets are charged a 2.9% processing fee plus $0.30 in addition to the prices mentioned below.
Registration Prices: Now through Sunday, Sept. 20 Tickets start at $385 per person for ages 18 and up, $190 for kids ages 6-17, and kids 5 and under are free. If you can stretch, we have a Camp Hero ticket of $475 (or more) that will help us sustain and grow Tasty this year and into the next 20 years..
Your ticket includes ALL meals, from Friday dinner through to Monday brunch, pop-up drinks and food, lots of goodies, and priceless community. Please RSVP no later than Sept. 28, as we need to commit to food by this date and want to make sure we have enough for all.
Late Registration Prices: Monday, Sept. 21 – Sunday, Sept. 27 Adult tickets purchased from Sept 21 onwards are $425. Kid prices remain the same.
Registrations Closes on Monday, Sept. 28 After this date, we will be closing registrations. Contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.
Scholarships: If money’s tight this year, let us know through the ticketing process and we’ll work something out. We want you there!
